If you would like to cancel an eligible online purchase, you can use the form on this page or send us a clear cancellation request by email.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling an eligible order.

Before submitting a request, please read our Returns & Refunds page. It explains the applicable time limits, return process and the items that may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law allows.

Before you begin

This form is intended for a change-of-mind cancellation.

If an item has arrived damaged, incorrect, incomplete or faulty, please use our Contact page instead. Include your order number and clear photographs where relevant so that we can explain the appropriate next step.

Please include:

  • your name;
  • your address;
  • your order number;
  • the item or items you wish to cancel;
  • the date of the order;
  • the date the goods were received, if applicable;
  • the date of your cancellation request;
  • your signature if you are sending the request on paper.

What happens next?

We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions where applicable.

Please do not send goods to our registered office unless we have specifically instructed you to do so. The return address may be different.

If you are returning an eligible item because you changed your mind, you normally have a further 14 days after telling us about the cancellation to send the item back.
