Questions about an order
To help us look into your query more quickly, please include:
- your order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- a short description of the issue;
- photographs, where relevant, if an item has arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please do not include full bank card details, passwords or other sensitive payment information in your message.
Returns and damaged items
If you would like to return an item, please read our Returns & Refunds page before sending anything back.
If an item has arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us before arranging a return. Include your order number and clear photographs where possible. This will help us understand what has happened and explain the next step.
Please do not send a parcel to the registered office address unless we have specifically asked you to do so. Returns may need to be sent to a different address provided as part of the return process.
Product questions
We are happy to help with practical product questions where the information is available.
For candles, incense and oils, please also read our safety guidance before use. Product-specific instructions on the label or packaging should always be followed.
